Dan yr Ogof 27th April - 1st May ( 4 nights)

This was one trip we were really looking forward to ..have I ever mentioned that we love Dan yr Ogof campsite lol. So first trip of the season to our favourite site and the only thing that really spoilt the trip was the fact that it was a bank holiday and it was really busy!. We chose our usual pitch 28 when we booked but were shocked when we arrived as gone was the lovely old woodland behind the pitch and in it's place was a dressage arena!!

So next time we go ..next week ..we're going on pitch 0 ..it's right by the river nestled in the trees so new pics of the site will be a must for you all.

We had some lovely neighbours after the caravanners went home on Monday..

DAn yr Ogof is always adding to it's attractions and I have to say I am a big fan of it's latest ..

We obviously tried out the produce to let you know ..the doughnuts are fab!!

We had a couple of good walks over to Craig y Nos country park ..you just have to stop for a coffee with one of the best views in the country..

and in case you were wondering ..they were not giant cups of coffee ..the welsh cakes were tiny lol.
