1st Trip 2014 !!

At last we have had our fist trip of the year. We had 3 nights at River view in Llanedi Carmarthenshire and quite unexpectedly we had glorious weather. Can you believe the thermometer hit 20 degrees yesterday and we left late afternoon with a dry awning and ground sheet.

The new table legs worked well.. it was one of the things we missed from our old caravan. Having the flexibility of useing the table in the van, outside or in the awning is great and the fact that it fits in the dedicated storage locker is a bonus.

Spring was definately in the air at River View .......

I realised when we got home that I forgot to take a picture of the new fly screen. It has been used already, the mild winter doesn't seem to have killed off any bugs so I guess it will get a lot of use this year. We will have to have another trip really soon just to take a picture of the fly screen to show you.
