We're Ready To Roll.!!!

Yes at last Baby is loaded up ready to roll. Today we put the toiletries and toilet rolls in the bathroom and the chairs and awning in the lounge, kitchen rolls in the cupboard and bedding, towels and sleeping bags in the locker. So if the weather is reasonable a week Thursday we'll chuck in some clothes and food and hitch up and go off on our first trip. Hopefully I'll be back with some picture posts.

We have done a few improvements to Baby over the last few weeks which warrant pictures too. She now has a super full door fly screen and we have done away with the stupid idea of interchangable coffee and dining tables. The dining table now has a set of free standing legs and the coffee table is fixed to the front ledge so we don't need the single leg anymore.

Stormy Weather Delaying First Trip Of The Year.

This time last year we were off to Tradegar Park for a few days ..the weather was dry and crisp with enough sunshine to make for a very pleasant few days. This year I am finding it very hard to motivate myself to get out of my armchair and away from the comfort of the log burner.
The hurricane force winds and reports of flooding all over the country are making it very difficult to plan journeys and find sites to visit. The experts say that it could be May before the ground dries out .. I really don't think I can wait that long, so Tuesday we are going to load up 'Baby' with toiletries and towels ready for the weather to change and first chance we'll be off.
